The SEC has accepted QEGY's S-1 filing and it is effective as of today 3:30 pm EST

The acceptance of the S-1 has now opened the door for QEGY to do their share offerings. Now if the proposed merger which was announced last April is still on track then that also could be one of the next upcoming News Releases.
