March 2019 is the new date, until some lawyer goes on a vacation and extend it for another year. This INCOMPETENT court priorities vacation over real court business. imo!

DEC 19th all is to be filed, imho if IF IF we do not see something on DEC 19th filed we could pretty much take it that it(EC'S) have been settled although it could be as long as 4 days before we might here it had.

Rosen did NOT HURRY this up by 6 months for no reason, ask any lawyer on here, Lawyers do not do anything for no reason or no specific purpose!!!!!!!!!!!!

The plan from day one here was to take this whole thing private and HOSEN was the lead clown in the parade and H's were the only players allowed in the parade and ya had to hold 2 mill$$$$ in value to participate, yet still had to pay $25 for a pos shell and were lined up to do so.....WHY
