They do not have to sell these shares on the open market.....they can sell them to private investors:

through privately negotiated transactions

And those guys may just hold on to them, so they won't hit the market.

Btw, they posted the wrong price for the closing on 12-14 ....closed at .0125, NOT .0152.....maybe they transposed 25 and 52 ...

Sad that the maximum is at current price (hard to tell with the mistake and all)

I guess they based the valuation on what they thought was the closing price..

One thing I noticed is the new offering p/s is .0156 versus 0.016 in September. Factoring in the bulk discount you would think a higher/or at least equal valuation would be in order from then to now.

Bottom Line: We're gonna find out next week.........
