Sonam, I have to say you are twisting my words and applying them differently than I state. I don't care about what the ITC does in it's remedy because it is a different case. It has nothing to do with AMRN. The facts of the cases are different and you cannot apply the facts from one to the other, but you can apply the laws and define the statutes the same in both cases and that is my point. How the Court applies the laws and defines the statutes will be consistent across different cases and it is in that context you can use other cases to try to come to an appropriate conclusion the Court will reach.
