They both can't be right?

October 3, 2006 PR: "...Management continues to remain confident with its target of producing 30,000 barrels of oil or equivalent a month by year end 2006..."

July 31, 2006 PR: "...Mr. Michael concluded by saying....our previously stated goal of 30,000 barrels of oil per month and 20 Million mcf of gas per month by year end ..."

Does the October PR mean that there is NG that's in addition to and not a part of the 30,000? I don't think so. If I misunderstood, a 1000 pardons.
