YES ....I have own Hartcourt Shares for a long time and hind sight along with my Wife said I should have gotten out a long time ago.... I don't know how you are but this shareholder is absolutely terrible guessing / picking tops and bottoms...lol

YES.... I did buy some additional shares after attending the NYC meeting and a few more once the SEC problems was put to bed and then a few more with the launch of the New Web Site and a lot more with MOU on 100% Equity Interest in China Princely (a Crown Jewel.. IMO). Was this a smart move ???...maybe not ...but then again.... maybe so ....I can tell you I look at it hard and strong before making each buy (call it investment decision) on a penny stock....only time will tell. My average cost for pps is now in sight. If just China Princely becomes a done deal IMO the risk / award ratio will convince me to buy a few more. As you can see I believe in (China Education)the Business Plan
