The 10M shares only bring voting control

The 10M shares of Class A provide voting control of the company, but little else.

We have no idea of the structure of the Class B preferred, so there is no way to know if they could be used to resolve debt, but if they were used for that purpose, then it would still be dilutive to the common, simply because they exist as part of the overall value of the company.
