Why would ONCX seek additional funding that wasn’t needed at the time?
ONCX will be in a position to either re-negotiate the notes or completely refinance the relatively small debt, with more favorable terms after the completion of the second dosing group.
In fact, as I pointed out before, ONCX may be in a position to secure non-dilutive funding in the form of grants from the US Government, foundations and private trusts, once the second dosing group is successfully completed.
Its not hard to see ONCX potential moving forward.
