Company shouldnt be public, they were not prepared and destroyed the share price with their ineptitude.

Share reduction review the 8-k from March 27th 2017. It says converted to preferred shares. But the otcM page for whatever reason doesnt reflect this change. I've been trying to contact OTCM for several days now.
