Thanks again for the Pacer KHenry. They are still grasping at every straw. Looks to me like they are just trying to see if anything might stick. So appreciative of the updates. Long UOIP till the end.

The only endangered species from this Pacer is the Arris appeal. Now I have seen it all from these Bozos. What does a case from the Dept of the Interior have to do with time barring on infringement appeals?
