So your saying after two companies merge together the underwriter for apg will value the stock price less then it is now. Well your completely wrong. The stock price will gap up hard imo after the valuation between the two merging companies that will come out in a week or so imo.

It will be a lot easier to discount it and will require far fewer shares after the RS occurs. Were only talking about 3 million shares or so.
