And Delfin LNG is a 100% wholy owned subsidiary of Delfin Midstream Inc., which is in turn 30.7% owned by Fairwood Peninsula Energy (who used to own 100% of Delfin Midstream but sold 45.6% to the Talisman funds plus others...)
