Tim Howard is the CEO of BCAP.

Mathew Dwyer has been gone for a long time.

Not sure why people continue to falsely claim Dwyer is still here or how his actions regarding TGGI and IGPK are relevant to the BCAP board.

I assume people are just ignorant of the facts.

Oh well.
