Pricing on a follow-on offering needs to be done as close to the date of effectiveness of the S-1 as possible. Usually within days. AGP will be taking $20 million in stock for its customers and they will want to sell almost immediately making their money off the discount.

Given the trading volume of this stock I don’t know how they would be able to sell $20 million into the market without collapsing the pps below the discount price.

I still think it could go registered direct...

We will see.

The shareholders have been hit in the face with a baseball bat - going from quite a bit of transparency, or seemingly, to this. The most important questions are avoided. To squeeze out shorts? Or once-believing shareholders?

Just baffling to me....



It was unexpectedly, lacking substance, the real question is why? I seriously doubt it was anything other than strategic with subsequent activities to follow. The other option is they are doing badly, which would be in stark contrast to some, but certainly not all, the other DD we've been able to determine in the recent months. (Some of the recent DD (revenue statement) aligns with lackluster progress. Facts are facts.)
