Yes, I think selling against the box is done a lot down here. And yes in his case it could have been done like that with little risk. That's the problem in many stocks with convertible notes without a floor. There is no way I believe this OTCX guy just did what he did because he felt it's funny. Obviously it would not be Perez himself doing this but you get the point. I have no proof either way in this case here, I'm just saying it is done down here.
