So you’re saying Perez could have been selling shares since the day otcx popped up on bwmg in the summer (before actual shares were converted) pushed our share price down from .025 to nearly .01 in order to convert shares at .01 and now can pay back the 2-5 mil or so he sold with out actual shares in hand and continue selling his 40 something mil left all day at or above .01?
