I have wondered the same for many years.

asr1, I agree and also wonder why. When IDCC made their agreement with QCOM many years ago IDCC agreed to let QCOM sub license the most important patent. Worst move IDCC every made as QCOM reaped billions and I@DCC got squat.

Just amazing how the cards fell.
