He used nodummy's Research to file lawsuits against obvious scams and they paid him to go away - he has never helped shareholders.

If Sharp is so well connected why wouldn't he get a clean shell that was a SEC reporting company?

If Sharp is so well connected why would he use Schaefer's pump and dump attorney to write the opinion letter for the annual report?
