I ordered the growbox almost 12 weeks ago on the 1 day of September I have yet to hear from cloudponics I call and get no answer I spent my entire school refund thinking I would be making a good investment I think I was wrong and I also think the guy on YouTube @Calivetgrown works for cloudponics he gets paid to promote for them

My product was delivered to me a month ago, and I still haven't been able to use it. The plumbing system is terrible, I've been trying to fix leaks since I got the thing. Oh, and, all of the info you need to know about the package is inside the package. They put all of the instructions about opening the box, inside of the freaking box. I cannot stress that enough. I didn't find out that I would have to use all of that shipping material if I needed to send it back after I had to contact support about how to actually open the cabinet, which all of the incredibly important info was in. Combine that with the fact that the plugs for the lights, humidity, and nutrient system were either in the wrong plug or had no label. The humidity pump has fallen off of the sticky tack used to attach it to the paneling. And with that first leak, the laminate was coming off. I have no other option than to fix it myself.
