Here is some of that interesting feedback

"Another failed promise, another missed deadline, people are getting so annoyed because we keep on being told things and they don't happen

It feels like we are in an abusive relationship where we keep on being cheated on, they tell us it won't happen again and things are going to be different but a week later there we are upset again because things are not different

Maybe it's our fault? Are we foolish enough to believe them every time? Maybe we are expecting something different and we shouldn't be, while I understand the device being delayed an email is no where near as difficult to send, this isn't the first time they haven't delivered on time and won't be the last

What annoys me more than anything is the radio silence, the least they could do is send a message out explaining they have had some delays, it's like someone promising to turn to to your party and you get a text from them 4 days later without so much as a sorry

If there is 1 thing seedo lab need to improve on it's customer relations, months of nothing followed by missed deadline after missed deadline, great way to cause people to loose faith in both your company and product"
