Yes, you are right. CVSI was in trouble with SEC previously .. funny enough I also stayed away from them because of that 'dark cloud'.. however CVSI settled the case with SEC in mid May. Mr.Mona who is a founder realized that the case is keeping company back and decided to just settled and move on from it. Believe it or not I did my first buy of CVSI on a day when 8k hit the wires with this info. As far as I remember about the same time they filed very strong Q1 and I added bunch of shares and kept adding. Q1 only reassured me that the company is on the right track and main competitor for Charlotte’s.
