1. All MJ ticks that are dropping on big boards are Canadians.
Charlotte’s would be first the US based (big advantage imo CVSI should also uplist maybe even sooner).
2. As you pointed out, Charlotte’s is strictly CBD, not MJ. After Farm Bill is gets off schedule automatically and can be distributed nationwide literally over night.
This is absolutely massive advantage of CBD over MJ which who knows for how long stays limited.
3. Charlotte’s is already established company with well known brand. It is PROFITABLE (show me one Canadian tick on big board that is profitable. None).
Profitable and cash on books is the most important thing during bad market. Charlotte’s has both.

Good times ahead with or without immediate uplisting imo uplisting would give them better liquidity imo
