Something doesn't make sense to me. Diwan and his lady friend can't possibly account for the 45,082,189 "Votes Against/Withheld" for IT. They would come up over 10M short. Only one major investor, possibly supplemented by a second but I wouldn't expect Seymour to vote against, could account for the difference (assuming that there weren't a LOT of investors against his election and I don't know why there would be). It seems, just by the math, that MB voted against/withheld his vote for IT. (AND for Glick!) (And for Proposals 2,3,4 and 5!)
Maybe I'm mistaken but that's what the numbers suggest to me.
