Can Diwan/Theracour vote Series A shares at these meetings?

"Anil Diwan, the Company’s President and Chairman, also serves as the CEO and Director of TheraCour Pharma Inc. and owns approximately 90% of the outstanding capital stock of TheraCour. Anil Diwan has both investment and dispositive power over the NanoViricides shares held by TheraCour Pharma, Inc. Does not include 2,000,000 shares of the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock (the “Series A”), held by TheraCour Pharma, Inc. which votes at the rate of nine shares of Common Stock per each share of Series A"
