Well, RS makes a huge difference in the final analysis. If we have a 1 for 10 RS that puts us at $6.00 a share, so $33.00 would be like being bought out today at $2.70.
Better to say what $$ you believe the buyout will be. $1 billion? $10 billion? $50 billion?
