I don’t think the patent was ever very valuable because RF does not interest those investing in next gen connectivity.

Utilizing the patent concept and connecting air-air via lasers or Terahertz tech probably does attract significant interest.

The potential IP of the new patent application could be worth a lot. This is the Mynaric work incorporated into the hybrid RF and FSO links.

I think the know how, experience and GE INU technology in pinpointing aircraft in flight is valuable to accelerate the UCLA tech, which I assume is patent protected. I would assume there could be investors and exclusive license for tech forthcoming if deemed viable. Could be game changer tech. ABWN could be perfect vehicle for this exploration.. we’ll see
