gem picker...you have been fair and balanced indeed...always wondered why these folks are such big wannabe helpers supposedly without a stake in the company's success...the latest UCLA twist is interesting...used to be an engg prof myself...have an ug colleague of mine who is an engg prof at UCLA, although haven't spoken to him in almost 38 yrs!!! if this gets interesting, I might ask him to dig around a bit...

As you masterfully laid out, the company has gone through some major disappointments, whether self inflicted or not, it is hard for me to tell...most startups fail, and that is a fact of life...but a pink sheet co. being talked about in the same league as GE, FB, AL, etc. is something else...these guys were not born yesterday...the value of ABWN to the market is their IP, the mesh network they have a patent on...the only thing that bothers me is that if I am not mistaken, this patent they purchased for a million or so from someone early on...they did not develop it themselves...so how much is it really worth ? and why did GE,AL, Mynaric take an interest in this patent ?
