Not really sure what it’s about but doesn’t seem too important since nothing changed in the financial reporting. I first thought maybe it was a result of that fake PR someone put out but don’t think that’s the case. Looks like more likely it’s something about separating of duties within the company
Just a technicality for small OTC companies. From my experience nothing to read into. I've seen other small companies having to disclose the exact same filing because they don't have internal auditing comittee to review the financials. Small companies have to make shareholders aware of the limited resources. Looking back at their filings, they have pretty much filed on time for years compared to other small OTC shops so no worries there. SEC and auditors just doing their jobs.
