no he doesn't - we have experience and after 1/4 glass of wine you find him babbling in a parking lot to himself like a homeless person -

understand - his early intentions may have been genuine but it metastasized into a cancerous fraud and he cannot help himself -

obviously he can't stop the dilution - owes too many people and there are NO EXECUTIVE OFFICERS WHO AREN'T PAID IN STOCK - one called #solllyleeeee

there's no spinoff either - no dividend - of course - and now..... certain death and there are around 200,000,000 shares coming to market as the owners of the toxic debt get their conversion freak on!!!!!
