Besides having a B.A. in Accounting and Economics, as well as an impressive (almost photographic memorey) detailed knowledge of all parts of SIAF?

Was it mentioned that it was due to Dan's passing?


No, but that's pretty obvious. I believe that they could have gone through with the CC if they wanted to, but that would be rather insensitive to his passing
