#20210 RE: Lakota-45 #20208

Default judgement already issued on Knox and others, can't wait to see the disgorgement order. I would love to see something for shareholders as the case spreads across multiple tickers and preyed on both the shareholders and companies.

As it stands if traditional disgorgement penalty is looking like 3 x 8 million dollars just for his $RETC sales.

Commons will NOT benefit - guaranteed.

Bond holders/interest yielding dividend preferred get paid pennies on the dollar, preferreds get paid next and commons get nothing

This hype is no good.

I still can't figure out how you think this?!?

"...could result in a Judgement in favor of 12 ReTech!..."

Just A Reminder To All; The SEC case against Knox & Wintercap is ongoing and could result in a Judgement in favor of 12 ReTech! -

RETC was most likely (if not definitely) in on the scam, the fraud...

Where do you think Knox got the control (restricted) shares to fraudulently (illegally) sell?

The control shares. I would re-read these few pages posted below and then go re-read the whole complaint.

...enabled public company control persons to fraudulently sell stock to investors...

...layer of disguise to public company insiders or control persons, who, acting in concert with Knox, intended to defraud investors...

Acting in concert with Knox. To defraud. They are just as guilty as Knox.

Where do you think Knox got the control (restricted) shares to fraudulently (illegally) sell?

Knox received a fee...the proceeds from the fraudulent sale of insiders' (control persons') restricted shares went to the insiders/control persons...they were disguised sales and disguised perps (insiders)...disguised by Knox but not Knox...Knox received fees...read the last line of these pages posted here (see below)...

Here, read the whole thing again > https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2018/comp24304.pdf

RETC is nott a plaintiff - it getts NOTHING from a judgement in favor of the SEC and neither will RETC shaerholder-victims gett any benefit.

Any disgorgement, fines, and forfeiture in this case goes to the US Treasury.
