Not hard to figure out "HS" - We just have a difference of opinion.

I believe the following;

~ 1) Angelo Ponzetta had nothing to do with the P&D that took place back in June, 2017.

~ 2) The SEC & FBI have ceased most of the ill-gotten funds from the P&D and the court may judge to return a portion of the funds, back to each of the companies who were defrauded! That action would benefit each company and ultimately, would benefit the shareholders!

Note; Throughout the entire court case - to date - not one CEO of any of the companies, including RETC, has been implicated or accused of being involved in the P&D! - And I'm sure they have ways of finding that out, if that were the case!

AS I said before; I believe Angelo Ponzetta is an honorable and humble man and I will
stake my Oath on that !
