Thanks but I understand that...I have been in many Arcaro and Lazar and other Custodianship plays...I just do not recall seeing a Vacate posted on any of the other plays so I am not quite sure what the definition of Vacate is for the purpose of this case...If you have a definitive meaning for Vacate for this particular case I would be interested in hearing that...
