The same legal terminology "cancel reason vacated" was used in a 4th June motion "application for the appointment of custodian". Vacated in this context could mean the previous scheduled hearing will not happen which was mentioned on the 28th November or it could mean the termination of custodianship is being reversed, we go back into custodianship and we await another merger candidate? It is very difficult to tell in what context it actually means. Would be nice if someone in the US could clarify with Arcaro? I would but I am based in Europe so it is more difficult

"To vacate a court order or judgment means to cancel it or render it null and void." "The other common legal usage of vacate refers to the canceling or rescinding of court judgments and orders. State and federal rules of Civil Procedure give courts the authority to modify prior judgments." Since it is referring to status check I would think it is referring to the "11/28/2018 Order Scheduling Status Check" and not the motion for termination of custodianship so I would interpret this as we are not requiring a status update to court as we have the merger candidate now ready to go. It is overdue so...
