It is more likely that they will do a stock split before the stock gets as high as $150 returning the number of shares lost to investors in the R/S. Maybe six or seven years ahead, and not likely as a buyout is more a possibility prior to such a period of protracted growth. It's fun to make arguments come alive with math, but I disagree that the best is in the past for any Fusz investor who has shares now.

If I were short just now I'd be quaking in my boots. Whatever the SP "should be worth" in your estimation, it is going up from here; nice cup and handle pattern has formed. I think it more than likely Rory consulted with patent attorneys so that this would be productive. How can you dismiss it, without knowing anything about it? I do get that there have been clickable links around for years, but the field has changed with the integration into multiple mobile platforms, and perhaps it is worth protecting the intellectual property. We might never know unless and until the patent is granted or challenged.
