Like Arcaro's other R/M RGL$ you don't file for a custodian termination with the courts if you don't have a "a new and lucrative business model has been identified for shareholder benefit and equity appreciation".
We are past that stage and the courts granted termination 1st October over 9 weeks ago now so I think that is why the court is asking for an update as to the incoming merger it is overdue
