That's what I thought. And OTC market recieves its numbers directly from the transfer agent I believe. So for some reason they are showing the OS dropped 130 million shares from last month.

Last OS update was 2 weeks ago in Quarterly, so did something happen in the last two weeks to lower the OS 130 million as it currently shows 370 million OS on OTCmarkets as of 12/01/18
