Mark, Solomon lives on the edge. He invests every penny. He never had any cash. He spends it before he receives it. When you look at the story behind TRW and the potential for growth, it isn't hard to understand. They are sitting on a gold mine.
But, when the beef sector suddenly implodes it causes all sorts of problems. Particularly cash flow problems. That's what happened here. Solomon invested too much money and didn't have a reserve.
