The copyright I can understand, but the patent makes no sense as this business already exists. Clickable videos...aka pop-ups, have been around for ever. They cannot patent that process.
I don't know what Rory is trying to do here, but it's just a bunch of gobbledygook. He can patent or copyright all he wants I suppose, but it's meaningless if no one buys that product.
It's like Chris Farley's comment about putting a guarantee on the box of a product. You can put a piece of crap on them, and slap a guarantee sticker on there...it's still poop.
