All mines have RESTRICTIONS in place , active or about to be active. As long as they abide by them in their operations they don't have problems with the EPA.
NAK will abide by them TOO. So the EPA is NOT a impediment to the PEBBLES MINE becoming an ACTIVE OPERATION. DD and COMMON SENSE tells one that is a FACT.
The DEIS coming in JANUARY being done by the ACOE takes that into account or what would be the point in doing a EIS at all ????
