Not sure- but with his track record it would make sense that he’d be doing something good.

reporting...

Is a Pink Current Issuer “Fully Reporting” Under Rule 144?...
Yes, even though Pink Sheets are not “SEC reporting” a Pink Current Issuer on OTCMarkets.com can be considered “fully reporting” under Rule 144.

One of the important elements of SEC Rule 144 is the “current public information” requirement. Sometimes investors believe incorrectly that an Issuer needs to be an SEC Reporting company that is current in its 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K filings to be considered “fully reporting” under Rule 144.

Its ALL in the PR's--but it takes READING

"Mr. Sharp has a long history of exposing fraud in the penny stock market and his litigation, forensic research, and efforts to educate the public of ongoing frauds, has been recognized by the press, regulators, and government authorities. His work has contributed to the indictment, trial, conviction and incarceration of several ill-intended individuals, including attorneys, and has often led to the suspension of dubious issuers. Mr. Sharp intends to bring the same commitment to integrity in his attempt to make Guard Dog a viable enterprise.

Guard Dog management cautions prospective buyers of its common stock, that there is no guarantee that the attempt to make Guard Dog a viable entity will be successful and admonishes the public to be aware that investments in penny stocks like Guard Dog can be risky. Investors should not rely on third party remarks or opinions and should be aware that forums like Investorshub.com often serve the devious intentions of those who post on them."

"What is criminal-like, is setting up a company to fail, by engaging in borrowing that is impossible to repay and then misappropriating the company of the proceeds through exorbitant salaries and trumped up debt, a tactic that is engaged by all too many microcap issuers. In truth, I believe Mr. Schaefer intended to set me up to fail, but I am determined to bring my best efforts towards making Guard Dog a viable entity. Already, the Board’s forensic investigation has led to the repatriation of 150 million shares of common stock and we expect more stock to be returned to treasury very soon.”

Mr. Sharp went on to say, “As a long-time whistleblower and consultant to those serving a role in the microcap market, I can understand anybody’s apprehension as to the prospects of success for Guard Dog, however management’s integrity and intentions are beyond reproach. Any shareholder who has the slightest concern about the intentions of management or its efforts is encouraged to dispose of his position in the company.”
