I think they told us that Craftsmen has gotten the parts and began up-fitting in the 10Q in the sentence

"Craftsmen Industries, has recently begun the upfitting process."

I can't blame Tim if he wants to wait until he can announce that a truck has been delivered to try to boost the stock again because his 3 or 4 tries this summer went nowhere. Until he has news of product delivery and revenue garnered he doesn't have a lot new to offer.
