It's not the website. Your card is being declined by your bank for security reasons. Call your bank and request the transaction be placed. I did notice that the charge comes from a bank in the UK. IMO Hempology needs a US based credit card processor like Authorize.net. Seems several people in the US trying to use US credit cards are having the same issue. Declined by the issuing bank.
