You could be on to something Midas, however, I’ve tried 3 different cards and had friends try to purchase too... so in my opinion, its the website.
I noticed on cur@leaf’s website they have a disclaimer saying they cannot ship to several states and PA is one of them. I Assumed it was similar with FRLF.
