I Googled them but I can't find a tie. I am a little bit new to the whole Lazar thing. But, I am learning. One that he sold One World... the company that merged in just announced a reverse split. BUT, the share structure was not like this one :-). Folks are NOT happy, but that has nothing to do with Lazar.

The smallest share structure he has going right now is T-N-P-H. But it seems to me most people doing his plays are just playing them for a bounce before the merge. Mergers take patience. And not all are great. BUT. Share structure + company with revenues + growth potential?

On Nov 6th DRS. Inc disappeared off of NVSOS altogether which was how some of us realized something had changed. The entity number and NV business I’d have always matched.

I’m not speaking for Sky, but some of us found Worry Free by simply searching for David Lazar companies by officer name on NVSOS. Worry Free Tea was the only new company on the list that day, which turned out to match DRSX’s old numbers.
