I Googled them but I can't find a tie. I am a little bit new to the whole Lazar thing. But, I am learning. One that he sold One World... the company that merged in just announced a reverse split. BUT, the share structure was not like this one . Folks are NOT happy, but that has nothing to do with Lazar.

The smallest share structure he has going right now is T-N-P-H. But it seems to me most people doing his plays are just playing them for a bounce before the merge. Mergers take patience. And not all are great. BUT. Share structure + company with revenues + growth potential?
