The management could possibly, because of their experience, "time" the compilation of these results so they could release this information without penalty from the SEC for withholding news, or violation of EU protocol. I remember some on this board earlier making that statement. Please correct me if wrong!!

I agree that a phase 1 completion announcement at the J.P Morgan conference would be the companies goal. A forward looking announcement at that conference regarding the phase 2 study among other studies could be equally as important.
