I agree Farmer.

When I was at the Investors conference back in February/March I recall Mordechi mentioning that they (management) were aware of the investigation with Dr. Baruch. He also had mentioned they had had many discussions with Dr Baruch and decided it would be better for him to just "lay low" till the investigation was over. That is why he is not listed as an officer (still has many connections from his tenure as Head of the Israeli Medical) of OWCP and Dr Zeevi is.

I'd like to think that the consensus at that time was to keep Dr Baruch involved with the company's research and goals without jeopardizing the integrity of what they were doing. The investigation claims apparently were from before OWCP and Dr. Baruch were connected. His expectations were that this investigation would come to a head in the early summer 2018 - looks like it took longer, now that this 8-K is out.

I remember Money saying you were there also, was any of this mentioned to you at that time?
