I want to know how they can OVERRIDE shareholders RS 1:20..
That is what I'm trying to understand here.

I own more shares now than the OS will be after the rs lol. What the heck is the point in you telling people that your shares will still be the same value lol. Are you kidding most people will own less than 100 shares. And it will only be the same value for a fraction of a second and than 50 percent drop before the next second starts. And in about 2 to 4 years after that they will do another rs.
