Our shares will still be the same value when the split takes effect, but typically the price cuts in half atleast after a split. Post split the OS will be about 300,000 instead of 4.5 billion. They should have waited until the balance sheet was outstanding first before doing this to us. To me it soundslike they want to go NASDAQ by late next year to do a split that outragous. Dilution doesn't appear to be a concern here.
